Developed to be both a destination for the surrounding neighbourhood and provide essential amenity for the residents of the building, Nightingale Studios brings together local businesses, artists, hospitality and retail.

For Home Use Only is an online series of ‘anti club’ mixes by prominent musical artists and DJ’s from Australia and abroad. The soundscapes are intended for private sanctuaries, the objective: an antithesis to the nightclub experience. Each episode provides an intimate reflection of the artist’s personal tastes and allows for the type of experimentation which is rarely heard on a dance floor.
